Diane has trained over 500
mothers
Diane Gardner is passionately involved in helping mothers have a more
rewarding birthing experience. She studied the work of Marie Mongan, the
founder of the HypnoBirthing® Institute, and became a HypnoBirthing®
practitioner. In 2005 she was an instrumental part of the early
development of the calmbirth® program, later becoming a practitioner.
Peter Jackson, the founder of the calmbirth® program says: “I was
grateful for your (Diane’s) generous assistance in the early development
of the calmbirth® programme.”
She is no longer a calmbirth® practitioner. After more analysis Diane
decided there was a better way and developed the Trust In Birth program,
a much more simplistic approach that achieves better results. She
realised that there was more she could do to alleviate discomfort in
labour and enable the birthing process to be a more comfortable
experience, one that mothers don’t fear anymore. This can be achieved
with the Trust In Birth program.
Diane is a mother and grandmother, attending the births of all her
grandchildren after teaching her daughters the benefits of hypnosis for
birth. Attending many births since her first grandson was born has
reinforced for her the knowledge that birth was not meant to be a
medical incident, but rather a gentle, natural and empowering experience
just like nature intended, one to be remembered with love and joy, not
pain and stress and this is absolutely possible with HypnoBirthing® and
Trust In Birth.
Diane has been a HypnoBirthing® practitioner for over nine years, an NLP
Master Practitioner for over 12 years. In addition she has a Diploma in
Professional Counseling and an Advanced Diploma in Solution Oriented
Hypnosis. She is the author of the new Trust In Birth program, an
advanced birthing program.
